Bryon Horn has been with the City of Fresno since July 2003. He is currently the City’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. He is a Fresno native, has his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fresno in Information Technology and a Master’s Degree from Aspen University. He also is certified in project management (Project Management Professional – PMP) as well as certification in security (Computer Information Systems Security Professional – CISSP).
Bryon’s background and experience in Information Technology is well rounded as he has worked in a number of different industries such as Software Development, Health Care, Telecommunications, Market Research, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Government and Consulting Services. His expertise ranges from networking, support, analysis, desktop issues, programming, IT budgeting, Security, market research, Project Management as well as many other IT related areas.
